The Veloce Paris Club was founded in 1868 [2]. The first bicycle race in history took place May 31, 1868 in the Parc de Saint Cloud in Paris, it was won by Britain’s James Moore. It is the first race where we find an official statement [3]. In 1896, road cycling is present at the first Olympics of the modern era held in Athens. On November 7, 1869 held the first bicycle race from town to town between Paris and Rouen. The route is 123 miles, a hundred are started, 33 to the finish. Briton James Moore won the race by covering the distance in 10 hours and 45 minutes with a bicycle fitted with pedals attached to the hub of the wheel. In 1881, the Union Cyclist of France is created by combining several clubs. She organized the first edition of the Championnat de France cycling. The UVF also codifies practices and competitions. The Yellow Ribbon was created in 1936 by Henri Desgrange, this award honors the runner record holder speed races over 200 km.
